T100

Strengths: Clear Photos

Weakness: Fiddly controls. Not as easy to use as others I have seen. Not as many scene modes as my old casio

Surprisingly good photographs. Camera has excellent feature for viewing photographs. Connect to TV and it does a slide show with subtle transition effects and playback music. Look almost professional. Overall Happy.

all new technology!!!

Strengths: it has a powerful 5x optical zoom,6 modes of resolution, ISO UPTO 3200,EFFECTIVE 8.0 Megapixels for larger prints and finally this can be termed as the best ultra compact camera at present in the market.

Weakness: absolutely nothing except the cost.

i used the "nikon coolpix s7c" earlier and then amazed by the performance of sony cybershot dsc T 100. with the greator speed of taking first image,it is also power saving.it also has an unique feature of image stabilisation of electronic/digital. Max Image Resolution is 3264 x 2448 pixels. and finally i would advice you to go for this model for a cool, home snaps and shoot with its large 31MB...

Sleek stylish camera, professional looking photos &...

Strengths: picture & video quality, amazing macro mode, extremely high quality metal body, large 3" LCD, sleek stylish appearance, 5x zoom, long battery life, easy to use, anti-blur works like a charm

Weakness: indoor photos can be a bit too saturated, LCD is a fingerprint magnet, nothing else whatsoever!

Wow I really love my new T100! I'm a longtime fan of Sony's T series and bought the first in their series, the DSC-T1 when it came out years ago. My T1 is still in mint condition and works perfectly but the T100 had so many cool new features I just had to check it out! My first thought was that it was bigger and heaver than I imagined it would be. Gadgets always seem to get smaller over the years...

Hard to use

Strengths: Very good pictures when you get all the settings right

Weakness: Nowhere to hold the camera so you fingers block the LDC Very confusing to navigate menus Very easy to blur The auto function is not the best choice

I have used a couple of other digital cameras in the past 5 years - a Kodak with both auto and manual controls, a Panasonic Z with many manual controls (close to an SLR). I am not an expert, but not a beginner. I am a lady with normal hands and I find the controls hard to operate. The off/on and review buttons are very small and unweildy to operate. The menu is confusing. The other two digital...

Cyber Shot DSCT100

Strengths: Large LCD Easy to use Light Weight

Weakness: Price

Excellent digital camera had a old Sony and was torn between the Canon I am glad I went with the Sony. The 5X optical zooms in for great pictures. The software is easy to use and large LCD allows you to capture great shots.

Sony DSC-T100

Strengths: thin, cool, Sony

Weakness: None. Well, maybe price?

I truly enjoy this camera. It generates clear pictures, easy to use and easy to carry around. I don't have any complaints at all. It is hard for me to be objective as I like Sony products and designs a lot. I have used Canon digital cameras as well and the biggest advantage of this over others is the style. In effect, most digital cameras exceed my expectations as a very amateur photographer who...

Sony Cyber-shot DSC-T100 (silver)

THE GOOD: Great photos; relatively fast performance; above-average features for its class, including 5x zoom lens and nine-point autofocus THE BAD: Buttons are a little small; no optical viewfinder. THE BOTTOM LINE: The Sony Cyber-shot DSC-T100 is a slim point-and-shoot whose generous feature set, great photos, and quick performance make it an excellent choice for a pocket camera.

DCRP Review: Sony Cyber-shot DSC-T100

While not my favorite ultra-compact camera, the Sony Cyber-shot DSC-T100 does offer a lot for the point-and-shoot crowd. That includes a 5X optical zoom lens, optical image stabilization, huge LCD display, snappy performance, and a stylish design. It has its flaws though, and is definitely not for those who may require some manual controls, but for a go-anywhere camera it's definitely worth...

Sony Cyber-shot DSC-T100 Review

The Sony Cyber-shot DSC T100 is an 8 megapixel digital camera with a strong emphasis on style. With an internal, 5x zoom lens, 3 inch LCD screen and High Definition connectivity, all housed in a slim body less than 1/2 inch thick, the Sony T100 is positioned as the camera to be seen with this summer. But is the Sony Cyber-shot DSC T100 a great all-round package, or simply a matter of style over...

Sony Cyber-shot DSC-T100

If the attractive compact design doesn't win you over at once, the Sony T100's large, gorgeous LCD will. The T100 is a very capable camera that captures good detail and color. Thanks to the Bionz image processor and Super SteadyShot, there isn't much the slim, 8.1-megapixel, 5x zoom Sony T100 can't do. We had a little trouble with the speed and logic of the new menu design, but it is attractive...
